The rental status of the Carson House varies throughout the year and is flexible depending upon the needs of guests and availability.

The Corson House is a cape-style two story farmhouse with one large bedroom downstairs, full bath, kitchen with all appliances, dining room and living room with fire place. The deck is located off the living room and faces the meadow. The house is set back off Route 102 which goes into Southwest Harbor. There is a fence along the front of the house and a horseshoe driveway with two private parking places. The yard is separate from the cottage behind and is landscaped. The house usually rents with a year’s lease or as “tenant at will.” Small dogs are negotiable with permission from the owner. But smoking is prohibited.

The Corson Cottage is a large roomy pine cottage that was built set back from the main house in 2002. It has its own private patio and yard and it sleeps three people comfortably. There is a sleeping loft in addition to the downstairs. The downstairs has a bathroom, sleeping area, and galley kitchen. Out back facing the woods, there is a private brick patio. The cottage has it own parking space, cable T.V. and all amenities. It is available for a minimum of two days and a maximum of a month from May through October. No smoking or pets are allowed. (Small dogs negotiable with pet agreement)

Both the house and the cottage are quaint, clean and perfectly maintained by the owner. The Corson House is located only minutes from nearby attractions:
